*Time required for HMUA services is only included in our SHINING service, & must be scheduled within 24 hours of your portrait session booking; we recommend doing this during your consultation. Location not included in any pricing. Turnaround time for enhanced lo-res (low resolution) images is approximately one week. Turnaround time for retouched images ranges from two (2) to six (6) weeks after selections are made, depending on your choices for the retouches. Non-refundable & non-transferable retainer fees are required to secure bookings in advance. Full package rate must be paid prior to the day or start time of your session.

Our workflow is black-&-white-centric. We think in terms of B+W, and we preview in terms of B+W; all the while, retaining the option for 100% color. So when we do color, it becomes all the more glorious, because of this way of thinking.
