I, Anthony Lewis, or anyone working on my or Neat Shiny Owl's behalf for your benefit (us/we/our), collectively reserve the right to terminate services immediately, without refund or continued obligation, in instances of:

• Disrespectful, slanderous, or threatening behavior
• Actions that cause harm or place us in fear of harm
• Distraction/project derailment by guests/third parties

You acknowledge that the resulting work will reflect the Neat Shiny Owl’s unique style, portfolio, and communicated abilities.

We retain full creative direction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and you are solely responsible for managing your own schedule, arriving on time, and maintaining clear, prompt communication before and during the session. Delays, last-minute changes, or unresponsiveness may impact the session or final results. No additional accommodations are guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.

You may certainly bring a guest (such as a friend, coach, stylist, or assistant), and we reserve the right, at any point, to ask that guest to either step in to work, or to step away or refrain from interfering if they become a distraction to the session. Guests are welcome when supportive, but their presence must not disrupt the creative process or timeline.

We maintain final discretion over the working environment to ensure a smooth and productive session for all involved.

Images you share online must not be altered in a way that misrepresents our work (e.g., heavy filters or cropping out watermarks). Proper credit should be given, using either a linkable/taggable handle or otherwise plainly written attribution, when possible, especially on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok & Twitter/X.

All images you receive will reflect our established editing and retouching style, as seen in the portfolios made available. Basic post-production is always included, unless otherwise noted.

Requests for additional edits, expedited delivery, or extensive retouching beyond what is typically provided may incur additional fees. These fees will be discussed in advance and must be approved in writing by both parties.

If the volume of work is unusually large or if the timeline is urgent, we reserve the right to hire additional trusted parties to assist with pre-production, production, or post-production, in order to both maintain quality and meet deadlines. Any such collaboration(s) will not alter the agreed-upon creative direction.

An expanded terms of service is made available as required reading, with mandated signature, for all parties agreeing to services.
